PPM’s PRINCIPALS
Michael
J. Fox
Mike has over thirty-five years of experience in the
power industry. Work responsibilities have included
development, construction, operations, and maintenance
management with independent power development companies
and large energy intensive manufacturing industries.
Mike has held executive positions in Business
Development and Asset Management with major energy
companies including Orion Power Holdings, Columbia
Electric Corporation, O’Brien Energy Systems and as a
consultant to the independent power industry through
Power Project Management.
In the Independent Power sector, Mike has been directly
responsible for the development and/or construction
management of 7 projects, totaling nearly 1000 MWs of
electric generating capacity, sited in 4 states. He
provided testimony before the New Jersey Board of Public
Utilities regarding the development of a gas tariff for
cogeneration and independent power producers; and,
before the New Jersey Department of Energy hearings
regarding the creation New Jersey’s Energy Master Plan.
Ronald
P. Pacitti
Ron has over thirty years of experience in the power
industry. Work responsibilities included program
management, project controls, cost estimation, contract
compliance, claims avoidance, dispute resolution
services, as well as, global sourcing and materials
management services. His clients have included process
and infrastructure companies, public utilities,
independent power producers, architects, engineers,
general and specialty contractors, equipment
manufacturers and attorneys.
Ron is considered an expert in construction management
practice and has developed a project productivity
forecasting methodology (P3M) currently utilized by
three internationally recognized engineering and
construction firms. Utilizing P3M, Ron has conducted
construction and labor surveys for over 1.5 billion
dollars worth of new power generation facilities.
